Partner Area

To ease filtering of Customer and Vendors, a new field "Partner Area" is added to Master Tables.

Some example groups:

• C-EU: Central Europe
• I-NORTH: Italy North
• I-SUD: Italy South
• NY: New York

"Partner Area" table is common to Customer and Vendors.
